This is not necessarily what you/everyone should do. But let me make it clear that I am not a supporter of "diets", i just believe in making good choices. Kind of a continuation from my other diet video. But basically the quickest way to a flat stomach is: yup you guessed it. Diet and exercise. Lowering your overall bodyfat is the best way to lose fat from ______ (fill in the blank) Stay active, and eating after the gym is OK your metabolism is boosted for three hours after you workout [What I eat everyday] I really dont plan this out. But MOSTLY what I eat is fresh vegetables, lots of lean protein (keeps you full, good for you, helps you build muscle), and fruits. This doesnt mean I dont eat simple carbs or bad foods- I just try to not to make all my meals center around them. I try to limit it to one meal max a day thats carb heavy UNLESS its "good" carbs like brown rice, whole grains, oatmeal stuff like that Breakfast- eat a big one! Yogurt, fruits, eggs, ham whatever. Just get a good breakfast in. Keep in mind MOST cereals are rotten for you, and I dont think they taste very good anyway Lunch & Dinner- lotttsss of veggies (I like em steamed <b>...</b>
